Resident Mailbox and Paint Color Survey December 2024

Your Board of Directors is reviewing paint color selections for the community's replacement mailboxes and street sign poles.

Thank you for your participation in the first community survey. The Board has heard your inputs.  Based on the results of over 100 participating residents, a second survey is being offered to help capture resident preferences and inputs.

Sample mailboxes have been installed near the community basketball court on the culdesac at NW 29 Rd (across from a current mailbox for comparison).

Based on the first survey's results, the following are under consideration:

  • Two paint color options: Quaker Bronze and the current Mesa Tan
  • Three mailbox options: Cast aluminum, Ribbed aluminum and Repaint/Replace/Repair.  (more details about each option are shared in the survey)
  • Concrete donut option to help minimize impact on paint from weed eaters, etc.

Street sign poles will be painted whatever color is selected and all street name blades and poles will be repaired or replaced where needed.

We recognize that the color of the street sign poles and mailboxes is a large part of the community's look, and resident inputs are important to us.

Please take a look at the samples on the culdesac at NW 29 Rd and complete the community survey to help us capture your preferences and inputs.

The survey can be found on our community website. Click Here to complete the survey.

If you're unable to complete the survey, please email our property manager (Michelle Tallet) at mtallet@haagcompanies.com with your inputs and preferences.

Thank you - Happy Holidays!
Your Board of Directors.
